YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy policy
Effective October 3, 2026
This policy covers the RxReserve interest page at getrxreserve.com and the account application at app.getrxreserve.com, operated by Jordan Humphreys (Dr J).
RxReserve is in development. The public website collects interest; the account application is available only for private testing. Public registration, shared scheduling and Google Calendar connections are not available yet. Dr J’s personal availability service at drj.getrxreserve.com is separate from these account and interest records.
Information we collect
- Interest submissions: your email, role and service area, plus any name, organization, note or optional update consent you provide. Registering interest does not create an account or send an automatic email.
- Account information: your name, verified email, linked sign-in methods and optional pharmacist service area. We record your privacy-notice acknowledgment and account status.
- Organization information: organization and location details, staff names and positions, membership roles, location assignments, invitations and related activity records that you or an authorized organization administrator provide.
- Security and delivery records: sign-in attempts, session and verification metadata, invitation status, limited audit events, and email delivery status. We use protected hashes for authentication secrets and abuse-prevention identifiers rather than storing raw session tokens or raw IP addresses in application records.
Do not submit patient information, passwords, license documents or other sensitive material in the interest form or profile fields.
Sign in with Google
If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides an identity credential containing your Google account identifier, verified email and basic profile information. RxReserve uses your account identifier, email and name to verify your identity, create or link an account when permitted, and sign you in. We do not store your Google profile picture or Google password.
Our current Google permissions are limited to basic identity, email and profile. RxReserve does not request access to your Google Calendar, Gmail messages, contacts or Drive files. Calendar synchronization will require a separate choice and updated disclosures if it becomes available.
We use Google account data to verify sign-in, create or link and operate your account, and show your name and email to authorized organization administrators when you join a team. This use is subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google data, use it for advertising or use it to train generalized AI models.
How we use and share information
We use information to operate accounts and organizations, verify sign-ins, deliver requested authentication and invitation emails, prevent abuse, handle support requests, and understand interest in RxReserve. Optional product updates depend on your recorded update consent. We do not sell personal information or publish interest submissions.
Your optional pharmacist profile is private. Authorized organization administrators can see member names and email addresses, staff records, accepted roles and assigned locations needed to manage their organization. Joining an organization does not give it access to a personal calendar.
Our service providers process information needed to run the service: OpenAI Sites provides hosting and the private testing access gate; Cloudflare provides application execution and database storage; Google provides optional sign-in; and Resend delivers authentication and invitation emails. These providers may process ordinary connection information, such as IP address and browser details, under their own policies. We do not run advertising trackers on these pages. Access to application records is limited to you, the operator, authorized organization users within their roles, and providers as needed for their functions.
Cookies and account access
The account application uses necessary cookies to keep you signed in and protect authentication. Signing out revokes the current application session. Google and the private Sites access gate may use their own cookies when you use those services. The public interest form does not require an RxReserve account.
Retention and your choices
Account, organization and interest records are retained to operate the service until they are reviewed for correction or deletion. There is no fixed automatic deletion period for those records during private testing. Expired authentication secrets and some abuse-prevention metadata are cleaned up separately. Archiving a staff or organization record, signing out, or withdrawing update consent does not delete the underlying record.
You can edit available account/profile fields, remove your optional pharmacist profile, and sign out in the app. You can also remove RxReserve’s connection in your Google Account settings. Revoking Google access prevents future use of that connection; it does not automatically delete information already stored by RxReserve or sign out an existing RxReserve session.
To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of update consent, email jordan@drjspremiumblends.com. The operator reviews these requests manually, verifies your identity and checks the records and organization relationships involved before acting. Account-wide export and deletion procedures are still being finalized before public launch; there is no self-service account-deletion screen.
